1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed to travel and fits through standard doors easily due to its slim and compact design. It's also among the lightest double buggies you can find with a weight of just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal to travel with a newborn and a toddler since you won't exceed the luggage allowances of airlines. It can also be folded into an incredibly small travel bag making it easy to store in the back of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze, it's incredibly compact when you've mastered it and takes only a few seconds to unfold. However, our tester found the auto lock a bit confusing. Also, since the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you press it, it landed on her legs when she was using it. She also felt that the handlebar was a little on the short side particularly with a large changing bag hanging from it.
In contrast to other travel buggies that are lightweight it doesn't sacrifice features and is one of the most full-featured double strollers that are available. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and offers multiple recline positions, and an UV 50+ canopy. You can even add a bassinet to one or both seats to transform it into a travel set-up.
The four composite wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading. They slid on long grass and gravel and there's a lack of space between the wheel and the bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. But, our tester still loved using this buggy and it did get up to some pretty muddy hills.

It's a heavier tandem buggie but it's easy to use and drive, especially on smooth pavements. It's stable in single and double mode and even on sloping terrain. It's not as easy to use on public transport because it requires two hands on the handlebar. It is also bulky and can't be stuffed into a standard car boot without the seat on, however this can be overcome by careful planning. iCandy has included the footmuff and changing bag with the cost, so it's an excellent value package for parents who are just starting out.

They were also amazed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to meet individual needs - ideal for napping.
They also liked the fact that the hoods could be moved forward and back, which made them easier to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They did not offer the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It's worth carrying an extra rain cover inside the case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods to rush to the park for a playdate. The testers were also impressed by how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room to stretch out for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use car seat on this buggy were both noted as a drawback by our testers. They would also have liked to see a larger storage space for shopping and other gear.
